Data Protection and Confidentiality

1. Seafire acknowledges that your contact details and application data ("your information") may be confidential. Seafire will maintain the confidentiality of and protect your information in accordance with Seafires normal procedures and all applicable laws.
2. Seafire may use your data and contact details solely for the purposes of recruitment or marketing, respectively. We may use information obtained about you from monitoring your use of this website solely for internal purposes including site performance, evaluation site use and creating of marketing reports at Seafire to aid future marketing of information about Seafire and Seafires products. Personal data collected by monitoring will be aggregate, no personal or sensitive personal data will be used other than for the purpose for which it was originally obtained.

You acknowledge and agree that we may from time to time transfer any of your contact details and/or application data overseas to any office of Seafire or of any of our affiliates, agents or appointed representatives. Marketing

1. From time to time we may use any of the information you submit to us, including personal data ("your contact details") to provide you with marketing information about Seafire and Seafires products. For the avoidance of doubt, no information about you that Seafire receives in connection with a recruitment application, including without limitation your personal data, will be used in connection with "direct marketing".
2. As part of Seafires quality control and with the objective of providing you with enhanced services we may monitor the use of this website and record your email address.
